Anyone can request a display by the RAF Hawk. The Team do not choose where and when they are to display themselves; display allocation is controlled by the Royal Air Force Events Team.

Requesting a display

The Royal Air Force Events Team receive hundreds of requests for displays by the Royal Air Force Display aircraft each year, but only a limited number can be fitted into the summer programme. All bids must be made in writing before the end of September for the following summer. The display season generally begins in May and finishes in September each year, and the display pilots are unable to display outside this period.
